Ajah Jolly founded Jolly Media House with a clear mission: to create media that tells stories that heal, awaken, and move culture forward. She built the company on the belief that compelling storytelling and strategic business thinking should be inseparable.

With a background in creative direction, videography, photography, and brand strategy, Ajah built Ajahlexiproductions into a trusted creative partner for a diverse and growing client base, success that ultimately led to the expansion now known as Jolly Media House.

As Founder and Executive Producer, Ajah oversees the creative and strategic direction of all projects, ensuring every production reflects the company’s commitment to thoughtful storytelling and high-quality execution. She leads brand partnerships, sets the long-term vision, and drives operational excellence, guiding each collaboration from concept to completion with intention, alignment, and lasting impact.

    This Mother’s Day, we just wanted to create something real special.

    A space where moms can come and be seen.

    She Who Mothers is both a community experience and a storytelling initiative by Jolly Media House—honoring the full spectrum of motherhood, from what’s carried quietly to what’s celebrated out loud.

    We’re inviting women across Chicago to step out of always doing and into simply being.

    Throughout the day, we’ll be photographing mothers. There will be brunch available for purchase at the Mesler Kitchen | Bar | Lounge, a room full of mom-owned businesses to shop and support, complimentary goodie bags, and a woman-led DJ set setting the tone.

    This moment is rooted in joy, but it’s also part of something deeper.

    A larger storytelling campaign capturing the honesty, complexity, healing, and transformation within motherhood, centering real stories that are often unseen or unspoken.

    But more than anything, this is about her. The version of her that’s always showing up. The version of her that’s still becoming. The version of her that doesn’t always get to be centered, but deserves to be.
